Helping Where Help is Needed

Hunter’s Harvest fulfills our mission by providing programs to support our veterans and first responder communities.  We are focusing on serving meals during the holiday season(volunteer button) and providing beef sticks to homeless veterans with the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV).

As we look to the future, we are already in the process of developing additional programs of support. After listening to our supporters, we are considering creating a scholarship fund for students that are interested in attending college to pursue a career in the first responder profession.

Our Programs

Holiday Meal Drive

Every holiday season, Hunter’s Harvest accepts donations in many forms to organize for our Holiday Meal Drive to support the families of veterans and first responders that serve of our community. Our generous donors help us prepare for the holiday season as we organize and distribute meals for those that have served our community. Please join us and volunteer to support our veterans and first responders during the holidays.

Fueling Our Heroes

Early in the stages of creating Hunter’s Harvest, one the first calls made was to the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV).  Our friends at MACV shared that prepackaged meats and beef sticks is the ideal meal to reach out to homeless vets to help feed them, build trust, and create a pathway to their ultimate goal of ending homeless among Minnesota’s veteran community.

Hunter’s Harvest will continue to support MACV in serving our veteran community. We plan to grow this program by developing partnerships with food manufacturers and distributors to build our inventory of beef sticks.  Please consider donating to this ongoing effort to feed our homeless veterans.

Future Heroes Scholarship and Grant Program

As we look to the future to support our local first responder community, we’ve quickly learned that we need to encourage young men and women to pursue this career.   Hunter’s Harvest is in the process of developing a scholarship program for students interested in serving our local communities.  Stay Tuned.

“Rich is my brother-in-law and I have known him since we were kids. His passion for hunting and conservation culminated each year in his annual game dinners, which I have attended since the beginning. I am proud to sit on the Board and help advance a cause that is important to our family.”
